Terms and conditions of use

The shipping method you choose does not affect order processing time. The shipping method is the method of delivery only. Normal order processing time can take up to 72 hours but we will process orders as quickly as possible.

Overnight Orders placed Before 2:00 PM EST Monday – Thursday will normally ship the same day. There is no Overnight Shipping on Fridays as we do not offer a Saturday delivery option. We offer this as a service and there is no additional fee other than the shipping cost!

Domestic Shipping: Orders with Free shipping will be sent by the best method. Domestic USPS Express Mail is 1-2 business days for delivery and does not guarantee Overnight delivery.

International Customers: We try our hardest to make sure that packages are delivered with correct documentation. You are solely responsible for all duties charges, import fees or other fees charged by your local customs or import office; we have nothing to do with these fees. Please be sure to know the rules of your country regarding importing electronic cigarettes, e-liquid and accessories. We cannot be held responsible for delays in transit that are out of our control.

Please note that FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes, APO & FPO addresses.

Payment 
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Bank Wire Transfer.  Your credit card will be billed upon submission of your order, and there is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.  Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you).  Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order, and you may incur a $1 transaction hold on your account.  We also accept bank transfer payments.  Your order will be processed and released once we have verified funds have been transferred.  We do not accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, or company checks.

Order Acceptance Policy 
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Tranquil Earth LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item if we are out of stock on an item. The remainder of missing items will be back-order or filled as soon as possible. If the product is no longer available a credit or refund may be issued. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Out-of-Stock and Backordered Products 
We will ship your product as it becomes available.  Back ordered items shipment times may vary but we will ship the products to you within 24-48 hours of us receiving the product. Most back orderable products are usually in transit to us already so wait times should be limited.

General Orders Processing
Orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday may not ship until the following business day.  There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order.  We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.  

Privacy 
Your personal information is kept private and secure.  The information you provide to us when placing an order is used to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders, and to personalize your shopping experience.  Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.  To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials, and new additions to the Tranquil Earth LLC site.  You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.  Any information provided when entering any of our contests or prize drawings is solely used for that purpose.  We use “cookies” to keep track of your current shopping session, to personalize your experience, and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.  Third party websites accessible through Tranquil Earth LLC.com have their own privacy policies and data collection practices.  Please consult each websites privacy policy. Purchase Policy
You assume all liability for proper use of the products purchased from Tranquil Earth LLC. Tranquil Earth LLC will not be held liable for any personal and/or property damage, illness, injury, or financial loss caused by the use of the products or inability to use the products purchased from Tranquil Earth LLC.  Products sold by Tranquil Earth LLC have not been reviewed by the FDA, and are not intended to treat, diagnose, prevent, or cure any disease, illness or condition. You agree that no claims about safety, health benefits or uses for the products were specifically stated by Tranquil Earth LLC. 

Age Restrictions
By purchasing products from Tranquil Earth LLC, you certify and agree that you are of legal age to consume, use or resell the products ordered from Tranquil Earth LLC.

Returns, Warranty, and Exchanges
Eligibility for refunds, repairs, or exchanges is limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failure.  Some items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to damage, misuse, abuse, or that are modified or repaired by anyone other than Tranquil Earth LLC. Tranquil Earth LLC reserves the right to deny replacement or credit for any returned product for the aforementioned reasons.

We do not accept returns on non-defective items, excluding incorrect items shipped.  There will be no refunds issued once an order has shipped.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  All sales are final.

Fulfillment Errors
Requests to correct fulfillment errors that are made by Tranquil Earth LLC resulting in your receipt of incorrect or missing items will be accepted for 14 days after the receipt of your order. Requests for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted after 14 days from the date you have received your order.  Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

Shipping Policy 
Most orders placed Sunday through Thursday will usually ship within 24-48 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock and delivery service is available.  Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following Monday due to limited shipping availability on Saturdays.  Any shipping or transit time offered to you by Tranquil Earth LLC or other parties is only an estimate, and we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.  We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

We ship packages as quickly as possible from our warehouse location, but once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over how the carrier routes the package or delays caused by customs or lost packages.  We can work with you to help resolve issues after you have called the carrier to find out as much information about the delay as possible.

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time.  Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise.  You will only be charged for all products at the time of purchase.  You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt if an order is split into multiple shipments.

Customs, Duties, VAT
Some countries may impose fees and taxes on shipments.  These fees are not included in the shipping fee you pay at Tranquil Earth LLC, and are additional fees charged by your country or carrier.  Wholesale Vaping Supply is not responsible for any additional fees incurred.

Taxes 
Tranquil Earth LLC may automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders being delivered to addresses within North Carolina or where other state law may require us to. 

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Tranquil Earth LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.  Tranquil Earth LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
